RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the merchandise*, send it back to us within 30 days to this address:

Please include a copy of your invoice along with the return merchandise form. For your security, you may want to insure the item with UPS or the US Postal Service and retain the receipt. This will protect you in case the package is lost in transit.
Upon receiving the returned merchandise, we will promptly make an exchange, or refund the credit card used for the transaction. Shipping costs are only refundable if there was an error on our part, or merchandise was broken or defective.
PROMPT SHIPPING
We will ship on the first business day following receipt of your order.
Occasionally an item is out-of-stock. If that happens, we will let you
know. These items will be backordered and shipped as soon
as possible.
Shipping within the United States: Standard shipments are sent by UPS Ground or by Priority Mail (where UPS delivery is restricted.) All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories are sent by Priority Mail.
Shipping International Orders: All international orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service. We will charge for the items you have ordered, mail the package, then charge your account for the exact amount of postage. We do not charge any additional shipping or handling fees. The customer pays any taxes or customs duties on the merchandise. These fees are not included in the postage.
SALES TAX
California State Sales Tax will be added to orders shipped to addresses within the state of California. Orders shipped outside of the state will not be charged sales tax.
